Lemon Yuzu & Turmeric Cordial. For the uninitiated Yuzu is a delightful Japanese citrus fruit (a cross between a grapefruit, lime, and mandarin orange). Here it is blended with Sicilian Lemon Juice and Turmeric spices to create a bright, vibrant citrusy taste of the Orient. Add still or sparkling water or use as a mixer or cocktail base.
